摘要
采用高效液相色谱技术建立了测定50%苯菌灵可湿性粉剂制剂产品中有效成分含量的定性定量方法,以乙腈和乙酸溶液(体积比80∶20)为流动相,使用C_(18)为填充料的不锈钢柱,紫外检测器,检测波长为290 nm。结果表明,该方法中苯菌灵的标准曲线线性回归系数为0.999,标准偏差为0.158,变异系数为0.312%,平均回收率为99.702%。
In this paper,a liquid chromatography method was established to analyze the content of benomyl 50%WP with C_(18) stainless steel column and UV detector using acetonitrile and acetic acid solution (80∶20,by vol) as the mobile phase,at the detection wavelength was 290 nm.The results showed that the standard curve linear regression coefficients of benomyl were0.999,the standard deviation were 0.158,the coefficient of variation were 0.312%,and the average recovery were 99.702%.
