30%草甘膦可溶液剂对耐草甘膦转基因玉米大田除草效果评价 被引量:3

Control efficacy of glyphosate 30% SL against weeds in glyphosate-resistant transgenic maize field

摘要 验证30%草甘膦可溶液剂在耐草甘膦转基因玉米田防除杂草的效果。采用喷雾处理方法和目测法评价30%草甘膦可溶液剂不同施药量对耐草甘膦转基因玉米田禾本科和阔叶杂草的田间防控效果及对玉米的安全性。结果表明,30%草甘膦可溶液剂900~1 350 g/hm^(2)处理对玉米田中苘麻、藜、马唐等一年生杂草的防效均很好,在药后30 d的株防效和鲜重防效分别为92.1%~96.6%和93.6%~97.4%,对玉米有很好的增产作用,鲜重增产率达到42.1%~45.3%。防除耐草甘膦转基因玉米田杂草,以30%草甘膦可溶液剂900~1 350 g/hm^(2)的施药量进行均匀喷雾,可有效控制田间杂草,且对玉米安全。 To verify the efficacy of glyphosate 30% SL against weeds in glyphosate-resistant transgenic maize field.The safety and control efficiency of glyphosate 30% SL against gramineous and broad-leaved weeds in glyphosate-resistant transgenic maize field were evaluated using the method of spraying and visual observation.The results showed that glyphosate 30% SL had good control efficacy against annual weeds such as Abutilon theophrasti,Chenopodium album and Digitaria sanguinalis,and the plant efficacy and fresh weight efficacy were 92.1%-96.6%and 93.6%-97.4% 30 days after treatment with the doses of 900-1 350 g/ha,respectively.It could improve the yield of maize,and the increasing rates of yields were 42.1%-45.3%.At the dosage of 900-1 350 g/ha,glyphosate 30% SL is an effective herbicide against weeds in glyphosate-resistant transgenic maize field,and is safe to maize.
