丹江口水库综合管理信息系统设计

摘要 南水北调中线工程涉及供水计划及管理、视频监视、工程安全监测及管理、水质监测、综合决策会商和信息服务、电子政务等多方面的业务需求,而丹江口水库现有的信息管理系统有效性、实用性不强,对提高工作效率作用不大,有的还存在操作、使用繁琐等问题。为保证整个水源工程能够安全、高效、经济、协调运作,需统筹规划供水调度各方面的业务需求,采用先进的信息采集、信息处理、自动控制、通信和计算机网络、视频监视、数据库和信息管理等技术,以及现代化的运维管理理念,建设完整、先进的综合管理信息系统,对水源工程进行运维和管理,确保南水北调中线水源工程安全、可靠、长期、稳定、经济运行。 The middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project involves various business demands such as water supply planning and management,video monitoring,engineering safety monitoring and management,water quality monitoring,comprehensive decision-making,consultation and information services,and e-government aff airs.However,the existing management information system is not eff ective and practical,which has little eff ect on improving work effi ciency,some of them still have problems such as cumbersome operation and use.In order to ensure the safe,effi cient,economical and coordinated operation of the entire water source project,it is necessary to plan all aspects of the business demands of water scheduling as a whole,and to adopt advanced technologies including information collection,processing,automatic control,communication and computer network,video monitoring,database and information management,as well as modern operation,maintenance and management concepts to build a complete and advanced integrated management information system for operating,maintaining and managing the water source project.It can therefore ensure the safe,reliable,standing,stable and economical operation of the water source project in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
