元宇宙作为2021年国际热词,聚合多种数字技术,构建出高度沉浸的虚拟世界,在重塑高校辅导员思想政治教育工作创新发展的过程中促进了新教育形态的产生。在此背景下,文章首先梳理了元宇宙概念、阐述了元宇宙的基本特征和核心技术。随后,提出了元宇宙在思想政治教育领域的运用将从教育场域、教育对象、话语优势和权威性、角色定位等四方面重塑现有的高校辅导员思想政治教育工作。最后,对元宇宙时代高校辅导员思想政治教育工作在教育场域、教育评价、角色定位、学生心理辅导等方面的创新,以及在政治立场、以生为本、人机融合等方面的坚守进行了分析。期望为当前元宇宙与高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的有机结合提供参考。

As an international hot word in 2021,Metaverse integrates a variety of digital technologies to build a highly immersive virtual world,which promotes the emergence of new educational forms in the process of reshaping the innovation and development of ideological and political education work of college counselors.In this context,the article first sorts out the concept of the metaverse,and expounds the basic characteristics and core technologies of the metaverse.Subsequently,the article proposes that the application of metaverse in the field of ideological and political education will reshape the existing ideological and political education work of college counselors from four aspects:educational field,educational object,discourse advantage and authority,and role positioning.Finally,the article analyzes the innovation of the ideological and political education of college counselors in the era of metaverse in the fields of education,education evaluation,role positioning,student psychological counseling and other aspects,and the persistence in political stance,student-oriented,human-machine integration and other aspects.It is hoped that the research of this article can provide a reference for the organic combination of the current metaverse and the ideological and political education work of college counselors.
