探讨侨乡高校党建与思政教育协同创新育人模式——基于陈白沙教育思想的现实意义研究

Exploration of an Innovative Collaborative Education Mode between Party Construction and Ideological Education in Universityies in the Oversea Chinese Hometown——Based on the Educational Practical Significance from the Chen Baisha's Thoughts

辨析陈白沙教育思想内涵及现实意义,发掘注重德育、因材施教和教育规律的教育思想对侨乡高校党建与思政教育的借鉴价值。结合五邑大学爱国爱乡爱校、开放包容的侨乡高校文化背景,聚焦大学生思想政治教育问题,创新搭建高校党建活动新平台。利用启发自觉,进行目标教育和人格培养。在实践中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,探讨将陈白沙教育思想融入“大思政”新格局中,创建协同创新育人的“邑大模式”。

This paper analyzes the innnotative practical significance of Chen Baisha's educational thoughts and explores the reference value of the educational thoughts that pay attention to moral education,individualized teaching and educational rules to the Party building and ideological education in overseas Chinese university.Combined with the cultural background of Wuyi University,which is patriotic,loves the township and school,open and inclusive,focused on the college students'ideological and political education,this paper builds a new innovative Party building platform.Using enlightening education to carry on target education and personality cultivation.It cultivates and practices the socialist core values in practice.To explore the integration of Chen Baisha's educational thought into the new pattern of"Great Ideological and Politics Education",and an innovative collaborative education mode in Wuyi University.
