语言作为师生间交流的工具,是班主任魅力的源泉,更是班主任思维的载体。班主任语言表达能力的强弱,在极大程度上决定着对学生的教育效果和班级良好班风的形成。要使教育的过程成为师生双边有效沟通的过程,班主任就要舌耕不断,锤炼嘴上功夫,具体可以从摆正说话位置、把握说话时机、变换说话形式、明确说话对象、精简说话内容等五个方面着手,把说话当作必修学分,让自己的语言不再“出口成伤”。
