摘要
语言作为师生间交流的工具,是班主任魅力的源泉,更是班主任思维的载体。班主任语言表达能力的强弱,在极大程度上决定着对学生的教育效果和班级良好班风的形成。要使教育的过程成为师生双边有效沟通的过程,班主任就要舌耕不断,锤炼嘴上功夫,具体可以从摆正说话位置、把握说话时机、变换说话形式、明确说话对象、精简说话内容等五个方面着手,把说话当作必修学分,让自己的语言不再“出口成伤”。
As a tool for communication between teachers and students,language is the source of the head teacher's charm and the carrier of the head teacher's thinking.The degree of the head teacher's language expression ability greatly determines the educational effect of students and the formation of a good class.In order to make the process of education a process of effective bilateral communication between teachers and students,the head teacher must continue to plow his tongue and temper his mouth.Specifically,he can start from the five aspects of correcting the position of speaking,grasping the timing of speaking,changing the form of speaking,clarifying the object of speaking,and streamlining the content of speaking,thus making speaking a compulsory credit-gaining course so as to avoid hurting the student when you open your mouth.
