Ca^(2+)-Ni^(2+)-La^(3+)类水滑石的制备及其光催化降解对甲苯酚

摘要 以尿素作为有效沉淀剂,采用均相沉淀法制备了Ca^(2+)-Ni^(2+)-La^(3+)类水滑石。通过FTIR、SEM、UV对样品的晶体结构、元素组成、材料性质等进行了特征分析。利用所制备的类水滑石对对甲苯酚进行吸附及光催化降解处理。结合实验和理论推测光催化机理。运用单因素分析和响应面实验模型验证法优化温度、光照时间、吸附剂用量及光照类型对对甲苯酚清除率的影响。实验结果表明当采用紫外光照,温度为20℃,吸附剂用量为25 mg[m(吸附剂)∶V(苯酚)=5∶4 mg/mL,料液比],光照时间为0.5 h时,对甲苯酚的清除率可达到94.05%。 Ca^(2+)-Ni^(2+)-La^(3+)-LDHs were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method by using urea as an effective precipitant.Through FTIR,SEM and UV,the sample crystal structure,element composition and material properties were analyzed.Then,the Ca^(2+)-Ni^(2+)-La^(3+)-LDHs was used to adsorb and photodegrade p-cresol.The mechanism of photocatalysis was speculated by combining experiment and theory.Single factor analysis and response surface experimental model validation were used to optimize the effects of temperature,light time,adsorbent dosage and light type on the clearance rate of p-cresol.The experimental results show that when the ultraviolet light is used,the temperature is 20℃,the amount of adsorbent is 25 mg(material-to-liquid ratio:25 mg/20 mL),and the light time of p-cresol is 0.5 h,the removal rate of p-cresol can reach 94.05%.
