黄芩化学成分与药理作用研究进展

Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Scutellaria baicalensiss

黄芩作为常用传统中药,历史悠久。研究表明,黄芩具有泻火除湿、止咳清肺、止血安胎之效,在中国中医药领域应用广泛。黄芩中药用活性成分以黄酮类为主,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑病毒、抗氧化,保护肝脏和神经功能等多种药理活性。通过整理近年来黄芩相关的文献报道,对黄芩化学成分及药理作用进行了总结,为推进传统中药黄芩的开发应用提供参考。

Scutellaria baicalensis has a long history as a commonly used Chinese herb.Studies have shown that Scutellaria baicalensis is widely used in Chinese medicine for its efficacy in dispelling fire and dampness,relieving cough and clearing the lungs,and stopping bleeding and calming the fetus.The medicinal active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis are mainly flavonoids,which have various pharmacological activities such as antitumor,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant,hepatoprotective and neurological functions.This paper reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Scutellaria baicalensis through sorting out the relevant literature reports in recent years,in order to provide reference for promoting the development and application of traditional Chinese medicine.
