CR200J型动力集中动车组动力车轴承故障判断方法研究

摘要 从动力车轴承分布、监控传感器分布、轴承数据分析设备、轴承温度数据、SV幅值数据分析等方面着手研究,提出同位温差大于20℃时需要重点跟踪、同位温差大于20℃并有上升趋势时安排入库检查,对轴承状态进行精确判定。通过个性化分析对时域波形图特征、频域图和诊断抽象谱图的对应关系进行判断,根据所报轴位的冲击诊断值、波形特征及对应关系,判断轴承的故障部位,确保动力集中动车组运行安全。 This research,from the power vehicle bearing distribution,monitoring sensor distribution,bearing data analysis equipment,bearing temperature data,SV amplitude data analysis and other aspects,puts forward that the bearing state should be accurately judged and tracking with focus is needed when the temperature difference is greater than 20℃,and warehousing inspection is needed when the temperature difference is greater than 20℃and shows a rising trend.Through personalized analysis,the corresponding relationship between the time-domain waveform diagram,frequency domain diagram and diagnosis abstract spectrum diagram is judged.According to the impact diagnosis value,waveform characteristics and corresponding relationship of the reported shaft position,the bearing fault location is reported to ensure the operation safety of the power centralized EMU.
