城际铁路变跨施工中运架一体机调头角度控制技术 被引量:2

摘要 城际铁路变跨施工中运架一体机调头时因整机断面对导梁机重心位置的影响,造成重心位置不准确,导致施工架梁效率较低,对此提出变跨施工中运架一体机调头角度控制方法。经汉巴南城际铁路工程实践,表明所提方法的调头角度位置误差均在允许范围内,可提高变跨施工架梁效率,在变跨施工中具有一定优势。 Due to the influence of the center of gravity position of beam guide machine on the broken face of the whole machine,the center of gravity position is not accurate and the efficiency of beam construction is low.This paper proposed the control method of the turning angle of the transport and erection all-in-one machine in the variable span construction.The practice in Hambanan intercity railway project shows that the error of the angle and position of the turning of the proposed method is within the allowable range,which can improve the efficiency of the construction frame and has certain advantages in the construction of the variable span.
