高职院校书院制育人模式探索与实践——以郑州铁路职业技术学院复兴书院为例

Exploration and Practice of Academy System in Higher Vocational Colleges—Take Fuxing Academy of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an Example

书院制改革是在充分吸收中国传统书院和西方住宿书院优点基础上构建的现代大学育人模式,通过创新体制机制、整合教育教学资源,以培养学生全面发展为目标,提升育人实效。郑州铁路职业技术学院复兴书院以书院制改革为抓手,通过深化内涵建设、探索双院协同育人、建立四支导师队伍,强化德、智、体、美、劳“五育”并举,实施党建引领、德育筑基、文化浸润、社团培优、心理帮扶、资助保障“六大育人工程”,积极探索构建多层次、全方位和立体化的育人模式。

The academy system reform aims to establish a modern college education model on the basis of fully absorbing the advantages of traditional Chinese colleges and western residential colleges.Through innovating the system mechanism and integrating education and teaching resources,it aims at cultivating students′all-round development and improving the effectiveness of education.With the reform of academy system as the starting point,Fuxing College of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College actively explores the construction of multi-level,all-round and three-dimensional education mode by deepening connotation construction,exploring the cooperative education of two schools,establishing four tutor teams,strengthening the simultaneous development of Five Education and implementing six education projects.
