Problem-oriented Regional Coordinated Development Strategy——Evolutionary Logic,Innovative Development,and Practical Exploration

党的十八大以来,区域协调发展取得了明显成效,但我国人口众多、幅员辽阔,区域发展差距仍然是我国需要解决的重要问题。习近平总书记指出,“做好区域协调发展‘一盘棋’这篇大文章,不能简单地要求各地区在经济发展上达到同一水平,而是要根据各地区的条件,走合理分工、优化发展的路子”。新阶段实施区域协调发展战略,应从进一步破解区域发展困境、打破原有板块格局,发挥区域重大战略和“一带一路”倡议引领作用,加强主体功能区战略和新型城镇化战略的协同实施等方面着手。

Since the 18th Party Congress,coordinated regional development has achieved significant results,but with China's large population and vast territory,the regional development gap is still an important issue that needs to be addressed in China.General Secretary Xi Jinping indicated that“To do well with regional coordinated development‘one piece of chess’,we should not simply ask all regions to reach the same level of economic development.Instead,we should follow the path of rational division of labor and optimized development in light of local conditions”.The implementation of the regional coordinated development strategy in the new phase should start from further disrupting the regional development difficulties,breaking the original plateau pattern,giving play to the leading role of regional major strategies and the“Belt and Road”,and strengthening the main functional zone strategy and the synergistic implementing of the new type of urbanization strategy.
