推动公共文化服务高质量发展是中国式现代化进程中建设社会主义文化强国的内在要求,有助于满足人民群众对美好文化生活的向往,有助于推动实现全体人民精神生活共同富裕。从理论逻辑和实践进路中精准把握公共文化服务高质量发展的时代特征、历史方位和发展趋势,是中国式现代化语境下推动公共文化服务高质量发展的破题之举。中国式现代化需要从公共文化服务的使命担当、发展特质以及其在文化强国中的角色定位中认识公共文化服务高质量发展与中国式现代化的内在关联,从转型起步发展、跨越式发展、高质量发展的“三步走”中系统把握公共文化服务高质量发展的历史进程,从回应“人本”需求、“效能”要求、“时代”诉求三大着力点中彰显推动公共文化服务高质量发展的实践要义,从“空间-人-资源”三位一体的总体逻辑中邃密空间再造、供需匹配与资源融合逻辑。

Promoting the high-quality development of public cultural services is an inherent requirement for building a country with a strong socialist culture in Chinese path to modernization,which could help to meet people’s aspiration for a better life and promote the realization of common prosperity in the spiritual life of all people.Thus,it is necessary to accurately grasp the characteristics of the times,historical orientation and development trend of high-quality development of public cultural services from its theoretical logic and practical progression.This paper analyzes public cultural services’mission,role and characteristics in Chinese cultural modernization,grasps accurately the relationship between high-quality development of public cultural services and Chinese path to modernization,and then systematically understands the three-step high-quality development of Chinese public cultural services.It also highlights the fundamental requirements of people-orientedness,efficiency-orientedness and era-orientedness.Besides,in the overall logic of“space-people-resource”,the logic of spatial reengineering,supply and demand matching,and resource integration has been attached great importance to.
