心电监护仪在采用紫杉醇化疗药物恶性肿瘤患者中的应用

Application of ECG monitor in malignant tumor patients taking paclitaxel

目的:探究心电监护仪在采用含紫杉醇化疗药物治疗恶性肿瘤患者中的价值。方法:选取240例患者份为观察组和对照组,比较两组相关指标差异。结果:较T0时刻,观察组T1~T3时刻CKMB、LDH水平上升,且CKMB、LDH水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组T0~T3时刻Q-T间期逐渐延长且高于对照组(P<0.05);T0~T3,观察组ECG异常发生率上升(P<0.05);T0~T2,患者GQOL-74评分降低,T3评分出现回升,但均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心电监护仪可提高采用紫杉醇化疗药物恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the value of cardiac monitors in patients taking paclitaxel-containing chemotherapy drugs for the treatment of malignancy.Methods:Two hundred and forty patients were selected as the observation group and the control group,and the differences in relevant indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the T0 moment,the CKMB and LDH levels increased from T1 to T3 moments in the observation group,and both CKMB and LDH levels were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05);the Q-T interval gradually prolonged from T0 to T3 moments in the observation group and was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of ECG abnormalities increased from T0 to T3 in the observation group(P<0.05);from T0 to T2,the patients'GQOL-74 score decreased and T3 score rebounded,but all were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cardiac monitor improves the quality of life of patients with malignancies taking paclitaxel chemotherapy drugs and is worth promoting in the clinic.
