Construction of Digital Management Platform for Power Grid Intelligent Construction Site Based on Internet of Things

随着云计算、人工智能和物联网等数字化技术的不断创新突破,智慧工地作为“智慧城市”和“互联网+”理念成为新基建时代项目管理的必然要求。从系统需求和业务需求出发,通过设计具有视频监控模块、塔吊安全管理模块、环境监测模块、实名制考勤模块、车辆出入口管理模块及高处作业邻边防护模块的电网施工智慧工地数字化管理平台,实现整个施工过程可预见调整、施工进度可智慧控制的智慧施工过程,辅助电网施工企业领导进行杜绝施工现场安全违规违章行为、加强施工现场安健环管理、提高施工质量、降低施工安全风险的决策。

With the continuous innovation and breakthrough of digital technologies such as cloud computing,artificial intelligence and Internet of Things,intelligent construction sites,as“smart cities”and“Internet+”concepts,have become the inevitable requirements of project management in the new infrastructure era.Based on the system requirements and business requirements,a digital management platform was designed for power grid intelligent construction site of with video monitoring system,tower crane safety management system,environmental monitoring system,real name attendance system,vehicle entrance and exit management system and high⁃altitude operation adjacent protection system.The platform can realize the whole construction risk prediction,construction process adjustment,construction progress control,and assist the leaders of power grid construction enterprises to make decisions to eliminate safety violations and violations on the construction site,strengthen safety,health and environmental management on the construction site,improve construction quality and reduce construction safety risks.
