中西医结合治疗糖尿病足文献的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of Literature on Treatment of Diabetic Foot by Combination of Western Medicine

采用系统评价的方法,研究中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANFANG DATA)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等平台收录的国内中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床随机对照(Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT)研究文献,利用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具和RevMan5.3软件进行文献的方法学质量评价、异质性检验、敏感性分析、发表偏倚分析。共检索到研究文献354篇,经筛选最终纳入22篇,涉及患者共计2021例,文献质量均为B级以上,剔除1篇不稳定文献,对21篇文献进行固定效应合并效应量,RR(95%CI)1.28(1.23,1.36),I 2=0%,Q检验P=0.91>0.1,且漏斗图对称,发表偏倚提示纳入的文献稳定性良好。Z=11.44,P<0.05,提示中西医结合治疗糖尿病足疗效优于单纯西医治疗,为深化糖尿病足的中西医结合临床治疗提供依据。

To evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot by systematic review,the Randomized Controlled trials(RCTS)of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WANFANG DATA,VIP database,China Biology Medicine Disc(CBM)and other domestic databases,for randomized controlled trials(RCT).The Cochrane Collaboration's tool for assessing risk of bias and RevMan5.3 software were used to conduct methodological quality assessment,heterogeneity test,sensitivity analysis,and publication bias analysis.A total of 354 research literatures were retrieved,and 22 literatures were finally included after screening,involving a total of 2021 patients.The quality of the literatures was above grade B.One unstable literature was excluded,and 21 literatures were fixed effect combined effect size,RR(95%CI)1.28(1.23,1.36),I 2=0%.Q test P=0.91>0.1,and the funnel plot was symmetrical.Publication bias suggested that the included literature was stable.Z=11.44,P<0.05,suggesting that the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot is better than that of western medicine alone,which provides a basis for deepening the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine bed treatment of diabetic foot.
