苦荬菜化学成分研究

摘要 目的研究苦荬菜(Ixeris polycephala Cass.)的化学成分。方法采用正、反相柱色谱等手段分离纯化,利用核磁共振波谱(NMR)等技术结合其理化性质确定化学结构。结果从苦荬菜中共分离得到14个化合物,并鉴定其结构,包括6个三萜类成分:20-taraxasten-3β-ol(1),taraxasteryl palmitate(2),3β-羟基-乌苏-12-烯-11-酮(3),3β-羟基-齐墩果-12-烯-11-酮(4),β-香树脂醇乙酯(5),日耳曼醇乙酸酯(6),3个甾体类成分:stigmast-5-ene-3β-yl formate(7),β-谷甾醇(8),β-胡萝卜苷(9),及5个其他类成分:芹菜素(10),金合欢素(11),benzyl-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2,6-dihydroxybenzoate(12),丁香酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13),octadecane-1,6-diol(14)。结论化合物1~2、6~7、11~14为首次从苦荬菜属植物中分离获得。 Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Ixeris polycephala(Cass.).Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by means of normal and reverse phase chromatography and their structures were determined by NMR and other techniques combined with their physical and chemical properties.Results A total of 14 compounds were purified from Ixeris polycephala Cass.including 6 triterpenes:20-taraxasten-3β-ol(1),taraxasteryl palmitate(2),3β-hydroxyurs-12-en-11-one(3),3β-hydroxyolean-12-ene-11-keto(4),β-amyrin acetate(5),germanicol acetate(6),and 3 steroids:stigmast-5-ene-3β-yl formate(7),β-sitosterol(8),β-carotene(9),and five others:apigenin(10),acacetin(11),benzyl-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2,6-dihydroxybenzoate(12),syringate-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),octadecane-1,6-diol(14).Conclusion Compounds 1-2,6-7 and 11-14 are obtained from the genus Ixeris for the first time.
