摘要
南通狼山水厂浸没式超滤膜系统设计规模为30×10^(4)m^(3)/d,对应处理工艺为“混凝沉淀+臭氧活性炭+浸没式超滤膜”,同时,沉淀池可超越至浸没式膜池,该工艺有效地应对以长江流域水源为原水的水质.实际运行表明,该工艺出水水质稳定,浊度保持0.1 NTU以下,COD_(Mn)<2 mg/L,颗粒数(≥2μm)为10个/mL以下,有效保障了出厂水的水质稳定性.同时,跨越式的工艺组合可节省运行能耗.在运行管理过程中,膜系统恢复性清洗需充分考虑对管道材质的合理性和操作的安全性.
The design scale of submerged ultrafiltration membrane system of Langshan plant in Nantong is 30×10^(4)m^(3)/d,the corresponding treatment process is“coagulation sedimentation+ozone activated carbon+submerged ultrafiltration membrane”.At the same time,the sedimentation tank can exceed the membrane tank.This process can effectively deal with the water quality with the source water of the Yangtze River Basin as the raw water.The actual operation shows that the effluent quality of this process is stable,the turbidity is kept below 0.1 NTU,the COD_(Mn) is less than 2 mg/L,and the number of particles(≥2μm)is less than 10 per mL,which effectively ensures the water quality stability of the produced water.At the same time,the leapfrog process combination can save operation energy consumption.In the process of operation management,the membrane system restorative cleaning shall fully consider the rationality of pipeline materials and operation safety.
