旅游小镇商业空间布局与城镇空间结构的相关性研究——以喜洲古镇为例 被引量:1

Study on the Correlation Between Commercial Spatial Layout and Urban Spatial Structure in Tourist Town:A Case of Xizhou Ancient Town

摘要 以往的城市研究表明,城市空间结构与商业设施布局具有相关性。而近年来随着旅游城镇化发展,旅游小镇越来越受到学者的关注。研究利用空间句法(Depthmap)与ArcGIS中的核密度估算法对喜洲古镇的商业聚集与城镇空间的相关性进行研究。结果表明:①旅游小镇商业布局与道路空间的整合度、选择度呈现明显正相关;②购物服务类商业分布受道路可达性、选择度的影响较明显;③餐饮服务类商业以线性分布为主,在选择度较高的路段形成聚集;④生活服务类商业受旅游商业的影响,空间分布较不均衡,在整合度较高的街区巷道形成聚集;⑤住宿服务类商业分布主要受交通条件影响,道路结构对其影响力较弱。 Previous urban studies have shown that there is a correlation between urban spatial structure and the layout of commercial facilities.In recent years,with the progress of tourism urbanization,tourism towns have attracted more and more attention from scholars.In this paper,spatial syntax(Depthmap)and kernel density estimation method in ArcGIS are used to study the correlation between commercial aggregation and urban space in Xizhou tourist town.The results show that:①the commercial layout of tourist town is positively correlated with the degree of integration and choice of road space;②the distribution of shopping businesses is obviously affected by road accessibility and choice degree;③catering businesses are mainly linearly distributed and clustered in the sections with high degree of selection;④life service business is affected by tourism business,and its spatial distribution is not balanced,forming aggregation in the streets with high integration degree;⑤the commercial distribution of accommodation is mainly affected by traffic conditions,and less influenced by road structure.
