客户需求导向下的健康社区规划设计策略——以嘉兴环汇臻怡府为例

摘要 “健康社区”是实现“健康中国”战略的根本落脚点,社区规划是建设健康社区的重要途径。新冠肺炎疫情的全球性大流行,深刻改变了人们既有的生活方式和精神需求,也引发了设计师对健康社区规划的再度思考。文章从客户的物质环境与社会环境需求出发,结合嘉兴环汇臻怡府社区规划,探讨如何实现健康社区环境的自然化、土地使用的混合化、交通系统的体系化、公共空间的共享化,推动健康社区的规划建设。 “Healthy community”is the fundamental foothold for realizing the“Healthy China”strategy.Community planning is an important way to build a healthy community.The global epidemic of new coronary pneumonia has profoundly changed the existing lifestyle and spiritual needs of the people,and also triggered the designers to rethink the planning of healthy communities.Starting from the customers’requirements for material environment and social environment,combining with the planning of Huanhui Zhenyifu Community in Jiaxing,this paper discusses how to realize the naturalization of the healthy community environment,the mixing of land use,the systematization of the transportation system,and the sharing of public space,so as to promote the planning and construction of the healthy community.
