摘要
针对工程现场存放的真石漆开桶后散发刺激性臭味、颜色发黑,敞口放置一段时间后颜色由黑色转变为铁黄色的问题,通过能谱扫描电镜(SEM-EDX)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对黑色物质的组成结构进行表征,结果表明黑色物质是活性较高的无定型态的硫化亚铁,且导致真石漆变黑变黄的微生物为硫酸盐还原菌。为解决该问题,通过进一步防腐剂复配试验筛选出C-1:0.1%623A+0.1%BIT-20作为最佳防腐剂添加方案。
Aming at the problem of the pungent odor and blackening of thset one-like coatings stored on the project site,and color changing from black to iron yellow after exposure tot he air for a period of tim,e the composition and structure of the black material were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM-EDX)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results revealed that the black material was amorphous fe rrous sulfide with higher activity,and the microorganism that caused the discoloration of the coaitngs was sulfate-reducing bacteria.In order to solve this problem,C-1:0.1%623A+0.1%BIT-20 was selected as the best fungicide addition plan through further fungicide compound tests.
