“零添加”建筑涂料用丙烯酸乳液的制备研究

摘要 利用改性纳米无机材料对丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚乳液进行杂化,聚合后制成具有耐候性好、附着力强、干燥速度快的纳米杂化乳液。研究了反应温度、改性纳米无机材料配比及加入方式等因素对反应过程、漆膜硬度的影响。同时用此乳液制备“零添加”建筑乳胶漆,对不加成膜助剂的漆膜性能进行测试,分析讨论改性纳米无机材料对提高乳液性能以及降低VOC(挥发性有机化合物)、SVOC(半挥发性有机化合物)的影响。 The copolymeric emulsion of butyl acrylate,styrene,methylacrylic acid and methyl methacrylate was hybridized by the modified nano-inorganic material.The nano-hybrid emulsion with good weather resistance,strong adhesion and fast drying speed was prepared after polymreization.The effects of reaction temperature,adding method and addition amount of the modified nano-inorganic material on reaction process and hardness of paint film were studied.Meanwhile,“Zero-addition”building latex paint was prepared with the emulsion.The propetries of the paint film without coalescing agents were tested.The influence of the modified nano-inorganic material on improving emulsion performance and reducing VOC/SVOC was analyzed and dis cussed.
