摘要
OBE理念与混合式教学均重视对学生能力的培养,二者在价值上具有一致性。传统“旅游景区管理”课程教学中存在重理论轻能力、重灌输轻参与及重结果轻过程等问题。基于OBE理念,课题组从课程内容、教学模式、考核评价三个方面对“旅游景区管理”混合式教学进行了改革实践。结果显示,课程改革在学生动能释放、素质能力提升、课程资源建设和评价机制等方面均具有显著成效。
Both OBE concept and blended teaching attach importance to the cultivation of students’ability,which has internal consistency.There are some problems in the traditional teaching of“management of tourist attractions”course,such as emphasizing theory over ability,emphasizing indoctrination over participation,and emphasizing result over process.Based on the concept of OBE,the mixed teaching mode of this course is explored from three aspects:reconstruction of curriculum content,improvement of teaching mode,optimization of assessment and evaluation.The results show that the curriculum reform has produced remarkable results in releasing students’kinetic energy,improving their quality and capacity,constructing curriculum resources and forming evaluation mechanism.
