水涛庄水库汛限水位全过程动态控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以杭州市临安区水涛庄水库为例,结合防洪和兴利需求,考虑水库实施汛限水位动态控制的基础条件,采用预泄能力约束法综合分析提出了台汛期汛限水位控制域值和“无雨预报期、洪水预泄期、洪水回蓄期”三阶段全过程动态控制方法,评估了水库实施汛限水位动态控制的风险和效益,为协调防洪与兴利之间的矛盾,挖掘水库潜能提供了新的思路和方向。 Based on the case of Shuitaozhuang Reservoir in Lin an District of Hangzhou,considering the needs for flood control and water conservancy,as well as the basic conditions for the implementation of dynamic control for flood control level in reservoirs,the pre-discharge capacity constraint method is adopted,and the control range value of flood control level in flood season and three-stage dynamic control mode of“no-rain forecast period,flood pre-discharge period and flood storage period”are comprehensively analyzed and proposed,thus,the risk and benefit of dynamic control for flood control level in reservoirs are evaluated.It provides a new way of thinking and direction for coordinating the contradiction between flood control and profit promotion and excavating reservoir potential.
