水利倒虹吸建筑主体施工技术分析

摘要 以辽河干流域防洪提升工程水利倒虹吸建筑主体施工为例,立足水利倒虹吸建筑的特点和施工方法,分析了水利倒虹吸建筑主体施工中存在的问题,并提出对应技术措施。针对水利倒虹吸建筑主体施工具有工程量大、施工难度大等特点,对主体结构施工中围堰施工,新建洞身现浇段与原洞身对接施工,PCCP管闭水试验施工的重点和难点,采用围堰分期施工技术,对连接处的原管涵洞身进行机械切割,切割完成后对1 m范围内的原管涵洞身继续进行人工破碎,并采用满管闭水试验方法,保证了水利倒虹吸建筑主体施工任务顺利完成。 Based on the main construction of a water conservancy backsiphon building,the characteristics and construction methods of water conservancy backsiphon building are focused on,the existing problems in the construction of water conservancy backsiphon building are analyzed,and the corresponding technical measures are put forward.In view of the large amount and constructing difficulty of the main construction of water conservancy backsiphon building,the key points and difficulties in the construction of cofferdam,the joint construction of the cast-in situ section of the new tunnel and the original tunnel,and the closed water test construction of PCCP pipe are discussed.The phased construction technology of cofferdam is adopted to carry out mechanical cutting of the original pipe culvert at the joint.After the completion of cutting,the original pipe culvert within 1 m is continued to be artificially broken,and the full pipe closed water test method is adopted to ensure the smooth completion of the main construction task of the water conservancy backsiphon building.
