摘要
对黄南水库大坝混凝土面板施工和养护过程中非结构性裂缝的主要成因进行分析,从施工工艺、养护条件、施工环境等方面阐述了这些因素对裂缝产生的影响,发现温度是产生裂缝的主要因素。针对不同裂缝宽度的三类裂缝采取不同的修复工艺。在后续水库正常运行过程中未产生二次开裂或新开裂缝,与同类型条件下其他地区的面板进行对比,证明此处理方案效果良好。
The main causes of non-structural cracks in the construction and maintenance of concrete-face dam of Huangnan Reservoir were analyzed and the influence of construction technology,curing condition,construction environment and other factors on cracks was discussed.It was found that the temperature was the main factor for cracks.Furthermore,different repair processes were adopted for three types of cracks with different crack widths.No secondary cracks or new cracks were produced in the normal operation of the reservoir as well.Compared with the panels in other areas under the same conditions,this treatment effect is proved to be excellent.
