摘要
动脉粥样硬化是由脂质驱动,多种细胞共同参与的血管慢性炎症性疾病。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular trapping nets,NETs)是中性粒细胞响应炎症和病原体刺激时,释放染色质和颗粒物形成的网状细胞外结构,参与多种疾病的病理生理进程。近些年越来越多的研究表明中性粒细胞和其胞外诱捕网在动脉粥样硬化的进展中发挥重要作用。该文就NETs在动脉粥样硬化中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Atherosclerosis is a lipid-driven and multiple cell-involved chronic inflammatory disease.Neutrophil extracellular trapping nets(NETs)are extracellular structures formed by the release of decondensed chromatin and granules from neutrophils in response to inflammation and pathogen stimulation,which are involved in the pathophysiologic process of various diseases.Ir recent years,a growing number of researches have showed that neutrophils and their extracellular trapping nets play an important role in the progression of atherosclerosis.In this article,the recent researches will be reviewed regarding the role of NETs in atherosclerosis.
