摘要
针对燃油试验器用ГА-165型两位三通电磁阀,在使用过程中长期处于介质高温(130℃)或低温(-40℃)的极端条件工作,电磁驱动部分频繁出现失效不受控的故障现象,结合该阀的结构特征进行改进设计,即利用其尾部拨杆,将电磁驱动改为气缸驱动。通过实际多次使用验证,该方案能有效解决该阀电磁驱动部分不耐温的问题。
For theГА-165 two-way three-way solenoid valve for fuel tester,the electromagnetic drive often appears failure and uncontrolled breakdown during use at extreme conditions of high temperature(130°C)or low temperature(-40°C)medium for a long time.In combination with the structure characteristics of this valve,the design is improved,that is,electromagnetic drive is changed to cylinder drive by using its tail paddle.Through the verification upon several actual uses,the scheme can effectively solve the problem that the electromagnetic drive of the valve is not temperature resistant.
