摘要
高纯度晶体硫化钠可用于工程塑料、高端制革、医药等现代高科技领域,但除杂提纯存在困难。通过选择聚丙烯酸钠作为除杂剂,并控制硫化钠浓度、结晶温度、搅拌速度和降温速度等条件,所得晶体硫化钠可满足聚苯硫醚等行业生产需求。本文就该制备技术加以研究。
High-purity crystalline sodium sulfide can be used in modern high-tech fields such as engineering plastics,highlevel tanning,and medicine,but it is difficult to remove impurity and purify.By selecting sodium polyacrylate as an impurity remover,and controlling the conditions such as sodium sulfide concentration,crystallization temperature,stirring speed and cooling rate,the obtained crystalline sodium sulfide can meet the production needs of polyphenylene sulfide and other industries.This paper studies this preparation technology.
