Information Construction of Pre-Bid Cost Management of Engineering Project

项目成本管理工作贯穿于从项目投标至工程竣工的全过程,投标报价是项目成本管理的源头,项目中标价格将决定项目利润率水平,而标前成本测算是投标报价的基础。本文结合一线施工,针对传统标前成本测算过程中的难点,提出标前成本管理系统信息化建设的新思路,从而保证企业标前测算工作的质量及效率,使企业竞争力进一步提升,对其未来发展具有现实意义。

Project cost management runs through the whole process from project bidding to project completion.Bid quotation is the source of project cost management.The bid winning price of the project will determine the level of project profit margin,and pre-bid cost calculation is the basis of bid quotation.Based on the front-line construction and the difficulties in the traditional pre-bid cost calculation process,this paper proposes a new idea for the information construction of the pre-bid cost management system,thus ensuring the quality and efficiency of the enterprise’s pre-bid calculation,further enhancing the enterprise competitiveness and having practical significance for future development of the enterprise.
