由于国内城市轨道交通建设的迅猛发展,我国公共安全的管理工作压力日渐加大。目前,各大中城市的地铁安全保障系统基本上是分散的,缺乏共同统一的网络平台,各个系统自成体制,无法发挥出协调效能,已经不能满足运营管理方对治安综合防范的需要,因此,有必要建立一套功能强大、完善的公众安全防范系统,以确保地铁安全可靠,提升城市轨道的效率和安全性,建立一个有效的公共安全防护体系,对城市轨道领域的安全隐患进行全面评估、总结和部署。

Due to the rapid development of urban rail transit construction in China,the pressure of public safety management in China is increasing.At present,the metro security system of major and medium-sized cities is basically scattered,lacking a common unified network platform,each system has its own system and can not play a coordinated effect,which has been unable to meet the needs of the operation management party for comprehensive public security prevention.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a powerful and perfect public security prevention system to ensure the safety and reliability of the metro and improve the efficiency and safety of urban rail.It is suggested to establish an effective public security protection system,and comprehensively assess,summarize and deploy potential safety hazards in the urban rail field.
