摘要 在数字化发展大潮中,智慧城市建设正迈向数字化、数据化和数智化融合发展的新阶段。文章在梳理智慧城市概念、数字化视域下智慧城市运行的基础上,分析了数字化视域下我国智慧城市建设存在重复建设、数据孤岛、缺乏多元参与等实践困境,并分别从构建统一管理平台、强化部门数据共享、注重多方协同治理3个方面提出数字化视域下我国智慧城市建设的优化路径。 In the tide of digital development,the construction of smart city is stepping into a new stage of integrated development of digitalization,digitization and numerical intellectualization.On the basis of combing the concept of smart city and the operation of smart city in the digital vision,the article analyzes the practical difficulties in the construction of smart city in China under the digital vision,such as repeated construction,data isolated island and lack of multiple participation,the optimization paths of Chinese smart city construction in the digital perspective is proposed from three aspects,namely building a unified management platform,strengthening department data sharing and focusing on multi-party collaborative governance.
