摘要
为了解决常温推进剂(包括偏二甲肼、四氧化二氮、硝酸27S等)加注系统管路填充时气体自动排出问题,本文研制了一种适用于腐蚀性介质环境的复合式自动排气阀,采用复合式排气结构,密封材料选用聚四氟乙烯,新设计了副阀导向结构,以保证副阀阀芯精确的上下反复运动,形成可靠密封。采用试验装置对新研制自动排气阀入口处压力、出口处排气量进行了测量,对0~0.27 MPa范围内的排气量、0~0.28 MPa范围内的反复排气能力、抗冲击性能以及阀门寿命进行了研究。试验结果表明,新研制自动排气阀结构、工作原理可行,其排气质量流量与入口压力满足正相关的关系,反复排气工作压力可达0.28 MPa,且其寿命指标满足设计要求。
In order to solve the problem of automatic gas exhaust when the propellant is filled in the pipe of normal temperature propellant filling system,a composite automatic exhaust valve was developed for highly corrosive propellant.The propellants include unsym dimethylhydrazine,dinitrogen tetroxide,nitric acid 27S.This automatic exhaust valve adopts compound exhaust structure,the sealing material is PTFE.The guide structure of secondary valve was newly designed to ensure accurate repeated up and down motion of its spool and form reliable seal.Test device was used to measure the inlet pressure and outlet exhaust flow of the newly developed automatic exhaust valve.And the exhaust flow in the range of 0~0.27 MPa,the repeated exhaust capacity in the range of 0~0.28 MPa,the impact resistance and the valve life were studied.The test results show that the structure and working principle of the newly designed exhaust valve are feasible.The relationship between the exhaust mass flow rate and the inlet pressure is positive correlation.The working pressure of repeated exhaust can reach 0.28 MPa,and its life index meets design requirement.
