摘要 重复使用技术是提高航天任务经济性的有效途经。针对可重复使用航天器系统的重复使用需求,对系统可重复使用次数及重复使用的可靠性进行评估,特别是更易于重复使用的电子类系统,基于数学模型法、元器件计数法等可靠性评估的经典方法建立了返回式航天器系统的可靠性模型,并以返回式卫星的电源分系统和回收、着陆分系统作为实例进行分析。研究了维修活动对可靠度的影响,建立了系统固有可靠性与维修后可靠性一体化的模型,建立了基于维修效果的系统重复使用次数评估模型,对系统的可重复使用次数进行了评估。并通过算例验证了模型的可靠性,分析了役龄因子、失效率等典型参数对系统可靠性的影响,计算了系统可重复使用次数达到50次以上的所需条件。 Reuse technology is an effective way to improve the economy of space missions.For the reuse requirements of reusable spacecraft systems,the number of reuse and the reliability of the system,especially the electronic system,were evaluated.Based on the classical methods of reliability evaluation such as mathematical model method and component counting method,the reliability model of the recoverable spacecraft system was established.The power subsystem and recovery and landing subsystem of the recoverable satellite were analyzed as examples.The influence of maintenance activities on reliability is studied,and the integrated model of system inherent reliability and maintenance reliability is established.The evaluation model of system reuse times based on maintenance effect is established,and the system reuse times are evaluated.The reliability of the model is verified by examples,the influence of typical parameters such as service age factor and failure rate on the system reliability is analyzed,and the required conditions for the system to be reused more than 50 times are calculated.
