Health management of cardio-cerebrovascular disease

总结“十三五”国家重点研发计划《心脑血管疾病高危人群综合筛查与防控及卫生经济学研究》项目的研究成果,提出加强儿童、青年、中年和老年心脑血管病健康管理,从治病为中心向健康为中心转变,培养心脑血管病健康管理专业人才队伍,提高基层心脑血管病健康管理水平和服务能力,创建中国特色的心脑血管病健康管理和慢病防控模式,以期降低心肌梗死和脑卒中的发病率、复发率、致残率和死亡率,减少卒中新发残疾人数,延长国人健康寿命年。

This article summarises the research results of the"The study of Comprehensive Screening,Prevention and Control of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases and Health Economics"project of the National Key Research and Development Program of the 13th Five-Year Plan.To create a model of health management and prevention and control of chronic diseases with Chinese characteristics,to reduce the incidence,recurrence,disability,and mortality rates of myocardial infarction and stroke,reduce the number of new stroke cases,and extend the healthy life expectancy of the nation.
