The prevalence of adrenal incidentalomas(AI)increases with the increase of age.The AI in the elderly often overlap with other common diseases.So it is easy to misdiagnosis and aggravate the original disease.It is important to pay attention to the functional evaluation,benign or malignant identification,treatment selection and follow-up of AI in the elderly.At the same time,clinical and scientific research related to AI in the elderly should be strengthened,which is helpful to improve the quality of life and clinical outcomes in the elderly with AI.
