摘要
为了提升供应链业务效率和服务水平,设计基于物联网技术的复杂供应链数据集成系统。在硬件设计中,采用物联网技术构建集成框架,包括数据层、应用层和访问层结构。在软件设计中,利用抽象化处理同步作业任务的数据字段结构,采用物联网技术给定复杂供应链数据集成模式,按照不同的供应链任务关系匹配同步任务,实现供应链数据的集成。实验结果表明,该系统的信息共享率达到99.5%以上,各个供应链的信息交互百分比均超过95%,应用效果好。
In order to improve the supply chain business efficiency and service level,a complex supply chain data integration system based on Internet of Things technology is designed.In the hardware design,the Internet of Things technology is used to build an integration framework,including data layer,application layer and access layer structure.In the software design,the data field structure of abstract processing synchronous task is used,the complex supply chain data integration mode is given by using the Internet of Things technology,and synchronous tasks are matched according to different supply chain task relationships to achieve the integration o£supply chain data.The experimental results show that the information sharing rate o£this system reach more than 99.5%,and the information interaction percentage of each supply chain exceeds 95%・The application effect is good.
