基于RFID的集成电路产品信息溯源系统

Integrated Circuit Product Information Traceability System Based on RFID

常规的集成电路产品信息溯源系统使用去中心化分布式网络认证溯源节点,易受复杂的节点业务逻辑影响,导致信息溯源系统运行异常。针对上述问题,基于射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)设计了一个全新的集成电路产品信息溯源系统。系统硬件部分设计了远距离无线电(Long Range Radio,LoRa)通信接口及RFID读写器。系统软件部分结合溯源关系,设置了信息溯源共识机制,构建了溯源智能合约。系统测试结果表明,设计的集成电路产品信息溯源系统性能良好,可靠性较高,符合集成电路产品的信息溯源需求,具有一定的应用价值,为后续集成电路智能化加工作出了一定的贡献。

Conventional integrated circuit product information traceability system uses decentralized distributed network authentication traceability node,which is easily affected by complex node business logic,resulting in abnormal operation of information traceability system,so it is necessary to design a new integrated circuit product information traceability system based on Radio Frequency Identification(RFID).In the hardware part,Long Range Radio(LoRa)communication interface and RFID reader and writer are designed.In the software part,the information traceability consensus mechanism is set up and the traceability smart contract is built to effectively carry out information traceability.The system test results show that the designed integrated circuit product information traceability system has good performance and high reliability,meets the information traceability requirements of integrated circuit products,has certain application value,and has made a certain contribution to the follow-up intelligent processing of integrated circuits.
