牛奶过敏症状明显而特异性IgE抗体呈阴性样本的研究

Study on Milk Allergy Symptoms and Specific IgE Antibody Negative Samples

以对牛奶有强烈临床过敏症状而特异性IgE抗体呈阴性的样本为研究对象,探究临床症状与测试结果的相关性。通过梯度稀释样本,检测粗提取物的过敏原及其常见组分过敏原项目,分析结果的相关性。牛奶粗提取物的测试结果与临床症状及组分的测试结果明显不符,呈阴性,其各组分的测试值也反映粗提取物是假阴性。临床判断患者是否对某种过敏原过敏,不仅要依靠粗提取物的测试结果,而且还需要结合临床症状进行分析,有条件的情况下对粗提取物的组分进行过敏原测试,才能获得正确的临床诊断。

To explore the correlation of clinical symptoms and test results in a sample negative for strong clinical allergy to milk.The crude extract allergens and their common component allergens were detected by gradient dilution of the samples,and the correlation of the results was analyzed.The test results of crude milk extract were obviously not consistent with the clinical symptoms and the test results of components,and the test values of each component also showed that crude milk extract was false negative.The clinical judgment of whether the patient is sensitized to a certain allergen depends not only on the test results of the crude extract,but also on the analysis of clinical symptoms.If conditions permit,the component allergen test of the crude extract can be performed to obtain the correct clinical diagnosis.
