2021年东兴市冷藏食品、外包装新冠肺炎病毒检测结果分析

Analysis of COVID-19 Detection Results of Refrigerated Food and External Packaging in Dongxing City in 2021

对东兴市冷藏食品及其外包装被新冠病毒污染的情况进行分析。东兴市2021年新冠检测冷藏食品3852份、食品外包装3476份,共7328份标本。在3852份食品中检出新冠病毒核酸阳性2例、在3476份食品外包装中检出新冠病毒核酸阳性12例。冷藏食品及其外包装中均可能存在新冠病毒,应加强进口冷藏食品的闭环管理,加强对新冠病毒的核酸检测和工作人员的安全培训,提高工作人员的防护意识;还要打击边境走私活动,严防新冠病毒“偷渡”。

To analyze the contamination of refrigerated food and food packaging with COVID-19 in Dongxing City.In Dongxing City,3852 samples of refrigerated food were tested for COVID-19 in 2021 and 3476 samples were packaged.A total of 7328 samples were collected.Two COVID-19 nucleic acid cases were detected in 3852 food samples and 12 COVID-19 nucleic acid cases were detected in 3476 food packaging samples.COVID-19 exists in both refrigerated food and food packaging.Closed-loop management of imported refrigerated food should be strengthened;nucleic acid detection of novel coronavirus should be strengthened;safety training of staff should be strengthened,and protection awareness of staff should be enhanced.It is also necessary to crack down on border smuggling activities to prevent"smuggling"of the COVID-19.
