摘要
随着环境内分泌干扰物(Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals,EDCs)的检出率和残留量逐渐增加,EDCs对自然环境和人类健康的威胁也日益受到全球各界人士的关注。三氯生(Triclosan,TCS)是一类广泛应用于国内外的高效广谱性抗菌剂,常作为添加剂被广泛用于个人护理品和日用品的制作中,目前科学家已经证实其能产生内分泌干扰效应,是一种典型EDCs。甲状腺激素(TH)是调节能量与物质代谢的主要激素,对机体的生长发育和神经系统的发育有重要意义。文章梳理了TCS环境与体内残留量及TCS暴露对不同动物甲状腺激素影响相关研究进展,为评估TCS的环境安全与健康风险提供了理论基础,为加强TCS相关化学品的风险管理提供了科学依据,对保障人体健康有重要的科学意义和社会意义。
With the increasing detection rate and residual level of environmental endocrine disruptors,the threat of EDCs to the natural environment and human health has attracted more and more attention around the world.Triclosan is a kind of efficient broadspectrum antibacterial agent widely used at home and abroad.It is often used as an additive in personal care products and daily products.It has been confirmed that it can produce endocrine disrupting effects and is a typical EDCs.Thyroid hormone is the main hormone regulating energy and substance metabolism,which is of great significance to the growth and development of the body and the nervous system.This paper reviews the research progress of triclosan environmental and in vivo residues and the effects of triclosan exposure on thyroid hormones in different kinds of animals.It provides a theoretical basis for assessing the environmental safety and health risks of TCS,and provides a scientific basis for strengthening the risk management of triclosan-related chemicals.It has important scientific and social significance for ensuring human health.
