伊犁薰衣草不同季节根际土壤真菌多样性分析

摘要 探究伊犁薰衣草不同季节根际土壤真菌的多样性。通过高通量测序技术等分子技术对伊犁薰衣草的根际土壤真菌进行鉴定,构建系统发育树,研究根际真菌多样性的情况,分析薰衣草根际土壤真菌的多样性。从薰衣草根际土壤中分离出94个真菌菌株,隶属19个属,薰衣草根际真菌多样性主要表现为4月>9月>7月。相对于9月与7月,4月薰衣草根际土壤真菌菌落的多样性及丰富度最高。 To explore the diversity of soil fungi in the rhizosphere of Yili lavender in different seasons.The rhizosphere soil fungi of Yili lavender were identified by high-throughput sequencing technology and other molecular methods;the phylogenetic tree was constructed;the relative abundance of rhizosphere fungal diversity was calculated,and the fungal diversity of lavender rhizosphere soil was analyzed.94 fungal strains were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of lavender,belonging to 19 genera,and the fungal diversity in the rhizosphere of lavender was mainly in April>September>July.Compared with September and July,April had the highest diversity and richness of fungal colonies in the lavender rhizosphere soil.
