摘要 校企共建数字化实训基地是促进职业教育高质量发展的关键一环。首先从学校、企业、人员和政府4个维度分析了高职院校数字化实训基地建设的影响要素,然后利用决策实验室方法定量分析了不同影响要素之间的直接影响关系,识别影响实训基地建设的关键因子;进而,利用解释结构模型方法建立递阶层次模型,拓展影响要素之间的层次逻辑;最后基于分析结果,提出有针对性的策略方法。 The joint construction of digital training base by schools and enterprises is a key link in promoting the highquality development of vocational education.First of all,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the construction of digital training base in higher vocational colleges from the four dimensions of school,enterprise,people and government,and then uses the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)method to analyze the direct influence relationship between different influencing factors quantitatively,and identify the key factors that affect the construction of training base.Then,a hierarchical model is established by using the interpretative structural modelling(ISM)method to expand the hierarchical logic among the influencing factors.Finally,based on the analysis results,targeted strat egies and methods are proposed.
