摘要
校企共同体是校企合作协同育人向更深层次、更广领域发展的组织模式。分析了终身职业技能培训校企共同体的内涵和动力基础,并从管理机制、项目开发、资源共享、师资培训、质量评价、成果转换六个方面提出了校企共同体的实施路径。
The college-enterprise community is an organizational model of college-enterprise cooperative education to develop in a deeper and broader field.This paper analyzes the connotation and driving force of college-enterprise community for lifelong vocational skills training,and puts forward the implementation path of college-enterprise community from six aspects:management mechanism,project development,resource sharing,teacher training,quality evaluation and achievement transformation.
