摘要
在分析高职专业教师信息化教学能力发展现状的基础上,归纳了一种教师信息化教学能力发展树模型,总结了高职专业教师信息化教学能力不足的原因,提出了一种高职专业教师“素养、培训、资源、实践”信息化教学能力四维培养模式,并初步构建了适用于高职专业教师的信息化教学能力评价体系。
On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of informationization teaching ability of vocational college teachers,this study summarizes a tree model for the development of teacher informationization teaching ability,and summarizes the reasons for the insufficient informationization teaching ability of vocational college teachers.A four-dimensional training model for informationization teaching ability of vocational teachers,including“literacy,training,resources,and practice”,has also been proposed,and a preliminary evaluation system for informationization teaching ability suitable for professional higher vocational teachers has been constructed.
