摘要
高职院校“慢就业”现象的出现会给个人、家庭、学校和社会带来消极影响。首先分析了高职院校“慢就业”现象存在的内因,之后根据学生所处的职业生涯发展阶段,提出了高职院校“慢就业”现象治理策略。
The emergence of“Delayed Employment”phenomenon in higher vocational colleges will bring negative impacts on individuals,families,schools and society.This paper first analyzes the internal causes of“Delayed Employment”phenomenon in higher vocational colleges.Then according to the stage of personal career development of students,this paper tries to give the governance strategies for the phenomenon of“Delayed Employment”in higher vocational colleges.
