平安乡村建设事关中国特色社会主义事业发展的大局,事关乡村振兴战略的实施,是“三农”工作的总抓手。进入新时代后,平安乡村建设面临新的挑战。对此,应构建多主体参与的乡村多元治理体系,建立镇村组户四级安全维护网络体系,制定务实管用的村规民约,加强农村精神文明建设,让科技赋能平安乡村建设,促进乡村振兴。

The construction of safe countryside is related to the overall situation of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,is the general grasp of the“three rural”work in the new era,embodies the general requirements of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The construction of safe countryside faces new challenges in the new era.We should help the construction of safe countryside by constructing multiple governance subjects,establishing a four-level three-dimensional safety network of towns and villages,formulating practical and effective village rules and conventions,strengthening the construction of rural civilization,and tapping the potential of science and technology.
