乡村振兴战略背景下农村地区艺术教育帮扶策略探究

Research on Art Education Assistance Strategies in Rural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

我国脱贫攻坚战取得了全面胜利,乡村振兴战略的实施正在稳步推进。部分农村地区虽然经济上脱贫,但文化教育发展滞后,与乡村振兴的战略目标不相符。乡村振兴离不开乡村文化的振兴。艺术教育是文化教育的重要组成部分,对乡村振兴能够起到促进作用。因此,要大力发展农村地区艺术教育。要转变农村地区艺术教育观念,统筹城乡艺术教育发展,发挥农村艺术教育后发优势,探索构建艺术教育帮扶长效机制,创新帮扶形式,突出重点,提升帮扶效率,走出一条具有地域特点的乡村艺术教育振兴之路。

China has won a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty,but the cause of poverty alleviation is not completely over.Although some rural areas have been lifted out of poverty,the development of cultural education lags behind.There is an obvious gap between the development status of rural art education and the development goal of rural culture revitalization.Rural revitalization cannot be separated from the revitalization of rural culture.Therefore,relevant departments need to start from seven aspects,such as changing the concept of art education,balancing the development of art education,giving play to the advantages of late development in education,exploring the long-term mechanism of help,innovating the form of art help,improving the efficiency of art help,and focusing on the key points of help,to find a road of rural revitalization with regional characteristics.
