党的十九大报告中提出了乡村振兴战略。特色小镇建设是乡村振兴战略的助推器,是产业融合升级的加速器,是新时代美丽乡村建设、城镇一体化的新路径。开封市作为一个拥有大量农业人口的中原地级市,开展特色小镇建设势在必行。特色小镇建设中,应注重凸显地方特色,树立生态优先的发展理念,打造人与自然和谐相处的环境,为开封地区乡村经济的高质量发展、乡村振兴战略的全面实施做出积极贡献。

In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.The construction of characteristic towns is the booster of rural revitalization,the accelerator of industrial integration and upgrading and a new path to accelerate the construction of beautiful new countryside and realize the integrated development of cities and towns in the new era.As a prefecture level city in the Central Plains with a large agricultural population,Kaifeng is imperative to carry out the construction of characteristic towns.The construction of characteristic towns should give full play to local characteristics,establish the development concept of ecological priority,build a beautiful Kaifeng where man and nature live in harmony,and make positive contributions to the high-quality and comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
