科技服务业作为向社会提供智力服务的新兴产业,可以促进技术创新和推进产业转型升级,对于实现经济增长至关重要。本文介绍了长江中游城市群科技服务平台、科技服务资源、科技服务模式、科技服务人才的现状,聚焦长江中游城市群电子信息、装备制造、生物医药三大优势产业集群,阐述了优势产业集群科技服务需求,分析长江中游城市群优势产业集群科技服务发展存在的问题,提出长江中游城市群优势产业集群科技服务发展的对策建议。

Science and technology service industry,an emerging industry that provides intellectual services to society,can promote technological innovations as well as industrial transformation and upgrading and thus it is crucial to achieve economic growth.Based on an introduction to the current situation of the platforms,resources,modes,and professionals for the scientific and technological services of the urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,this paper focuses on their three advantageous industrial clusters,namely,electronic information,equipment manufacturing and biomedicine.Then it expounds the scientific and technological service needs of the advantageous industrial clusters,and analyzes the existing problems in the development of scientific and technological services of those clusters.Finally,it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the scientific and technological services of the advantageous industrial clusters in the urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
